I'm new to Kickstarter! How does this work?
You can think of it like pre-orders for a product that also help the artist get that product made! When you pledge to this Kickstarter, you’ll receive your choice of enamel pins from any of the designs shown. Beyond the initial campaign goal of the first pin, each additional design will “unlock” when a certain funding goal is reached, meaning even more designs are successfully funded! When the Kickstarter campaign finishes, all the pins that have their goals met will be created, and then shipped out to you!

Do you ship to my country and how much is shipping?
I ship anywhere in the world! Shipping will be charged after the campaign is over and you’ve selected your pins. Shipping begins at $4.50 to the US, $10 to Canada, and $13 to all other countries. Large orders of 10+ pins will be approximately $2-5 extra. All orders come with tracking.

Do I have to choose what pins I want now?
If you just want regular pins, then nope! You don’t have to choose them now! You will be able to select the pins you want after the campaign is over and pledges are collected.
If you want any Limited Edition pins, then yes! You need to add those to your pledge before the campaign ends.

What are the Limited Edition pins?
These are special variants of the designs that will be numbered on the back and limited to only a certain amount made according to how many are claimed during the campaign. They will ONLY be available while the campaign is live (still has time left on it) and will not be available afterwards, so make sure to add them to your pledge!

I can't decide! What if I want more pins after the campaign is over?
Don’t worry! You can add more later after the campaign (regular edition only) when your backer survey is sent to you! That said, if you want multiple pins, please consider selecting one of the reward tiers for 3, 6 or 10 pins, as you’ll get a discount that way!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
Manufacturing issues with the product may come up which may delay fulfillment in which case backers will be notified.
Images shown are mock-ups and I will do my best to make sure the spirit of the colors shown is captured in the finished pin. Please be aware that the final pin colors may vary due to availability and nature of the craft, as colors, glitter and printed details are all hand-mixed and can vary during production. In addition, please consider differences in users' monitor/screen.
Backers will receive excellent condition pins and no defected pins will be sent. That said, please keep in mind pins may have small specks, nicks or other minor imperfections due to the hand-made nature of enamel pins.
